A concept, a Class A surface, a production model and a rebuild from scan data normally come from four companies. Here they come from one team.
That matters at the joins. Nothing is handed over a wall and re-interpreted on the way.

Founded in 2009 by Bui Ngoc Phuong, a modeller before there was a company to run. Every designer here is a mechanical engineer, five years or more inside Japanese, German, British and American programmes.

Concept Design and CAS
For designers with more directions than modelling capacity. A sketch, a photograph or a rough form comes back as a resolved 3D direction in about two weeks.
Not a substitute for your designer. The brand’s intent stays where it belongs. What we add is how many ideas actually get built.

Class A Surfacing

The layout is the decision. The surface is the consequence.
Built continuously since 2009 for programmes that had to satisfy the design centres of top-tier carmakers in Germany, the UK and Japan. Curvature-continuous, zebra-clean, in your native format.
Tier 1 suppliers need this more than the carmakers do — the carmakers already have it in house.
Exterior, doors, lamps, cockpit, interior. From your data or from a scan.
Cubing and Production CAD
Full-size body masters — the Meisterbock — since 2009. A whole-car cube is roughly 1,000 hours of design work.
We design them; we do not machine them. Machining goes to the best cubing shops in Germany, Japan or China — whichever sits closest to you.
Also: complete automotive modules from Class A through to production CAD, and generative design for parts that will be printed rather than cut.

Reverse Engineering

Mesh in, a clean model out — with a report that says how close.
Around 300 parts a year, 3,000 hours, for over a decade. Scanning stays with you. Modelling comes to us.
Twelve hours of time difference works in your favour: sent at the end of your day, waiting when you open. Most of it goes out under your name.
Mesh or point cloud in; a clean parametric or Class A model out, with a deviation report.
