Established in 2009 in Hanoi – the capital of Vietnam, PSH Design is an intensive design services provider in Class-A surfacing, CAD Engineering, and Reverse Engineering in the Automotive and Industries.
Our design team combines experienced experts in Bavaria – Germany, and a young, intelligent and curious team in Hanoi – Vietnam, to bring global customers a professional service with world-class quality at a reasonable price. CAS MODELLING
With a passion for perfection, steadfastness and unremitting efforts for a long time, PSH Design has met the highest requirements in model design with high-class surfaces – Class A surface – applied in automotive and aviation industry. Our customers are the major automotive design companies from Germany, USA, and Japan.
Our CAS Modeling service can meet most of our customers’ needs with diverse input data from sketching ideas or product images to laser scan data or clay model of the product.
CAD ENGINEERING
Focusing on design solutions for the automotive and aviation industry, PSH Design focuses on improving design skills and quality with two large and professional CAD systems, CATIA and Siemens NX. With hundreds of international projects each year, continuously over the past ten years, PSH Design is proud to be the leading Reverse Engineering (RE) design service provider in Asia and the world.
We can meet all requirements related to RE from very accurate data scanning with modern German scanner to 3D modeling and create almost all CAD data formats at the output upon customers’ requirements.
Particularly, PSH Design can combine two strengths in design (CAS) with high-quality surfaces (Class A) and technical design to create products that not only ensure feasibility in production but also increase the aesthetics.
INDUSTRIAL DESIGN
Design in Vietnam:
PSH R&D aims to become an independent research and development department for customers in Vietnam by providing Industrial Design package services for industrial and consumer products from
a part to finished products.
Based on our strengths of Reverse Engineering design, product design (CAS), and technical design (CAD, CAE), We can meet a wide range of customer’s requirements in design from ideas to 2D sketches and 3D models as well as design and change based on existing products.
All design data ensure the feasibility in manufacturing
and optimization in production.
PSH Design can also provide prototype manufacturing services to ensure technical and visual feasibility in quality assessment.
